We had the ultimate worst experience ever at this restaurant. Although our server was pretty good there were several things wrong with our food and the manager Pete blamed his staff issues with the kitchen fighting and everyone else for his own shortfalls. Pete was rude to us, made us feel undervalued and at one point flat out lied to us saying that he needed our credit cards back to void a processed ticket that was incorrect. This was the worst experience due to Pete’s poor management skills poor skills under stress and pressure and poor time management skills. Pete was the ultimate worst manager we have ever had the displeasure of working with and we will never come back to this restaurant. There’s no amount of outreach that could ever be done to undo the negative publicity that Pete has caused this restaurant and we will make sure that everyone on every site Knows how Pete took advantage of us and tried to scam us into paying for a meal that we actually didn’t receive.
